Let’s be real — life can get heavy, and when stress hits, even the smallest detour can feel like a roadblock.

I’ve often looked back and wondered how different things might have been if I’d had access to a therapist who truly saw me — someone warm, genuine, and understanding. That desire is what led me here. I became the therapist I needed all those years ago.

So, I did the work.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Marital and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and later my Doctorate of Psychology in Marital and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2019.

For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of individuals, couples, and families across California as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, stress, and the daily pressures of simply being human.

My style is real, compassionate, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — every session is shaped around you. I pull from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered, and psychodynamic approaches to help you find what healing looks like in your life.

Because therapy isn’t about being “strong” all the time — it’s about finally having space to be real.
